Librarians serve in the largest classroom of the school and have the potential to work with and reach every student in the school, but often, school libraries are underutilized. Through this presentation, administrators will gain a better understanding of what their librarian can offer their campus in regard to improving literacy and research skills. Examples of library programming at the elementary, middle, and high school levels will be shared as well as technology tools such as the Texquest databases, Nearpod, Flocabulary, and other resources that are often used in school libraries and supported by school librarians.

Note: All sessions are first come first serve. Seats are not guaranteed.
