This hands-on collaborative session will provide educators at all grade and content levels interactive tools they can incorporate into their classrooms to provide a more global education for all students. Tools that will be discussed include Nearpod, Flipgrid, Empatico, Skype in the Classroom, Participate and the UN Global Goals for students. A major focus will be on providing teachers tools to help students make connections between content and real-world applications.  BYOD, teachers will have time to collaborate, test and discuss how to apply these tools in their own classrooms.
