TCCA 2019

This program leads the participant through a project based unit on rocketry that advances from air pressure powered rockets, water bottle rockets and solid fuel rockets. Low cost to free materials are introduced to show how to build the rocket launchers and rockets. The applied mathematics is also used to show how the different characteristic of a rocket's flight can be calculated and used in the classroom. No rockets are flown during this program, however, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the physics behind rocket flight.
